I shared the resources I created with other English teachers in the department; in particular, the lesson about having $1,000,000 caught many teachers' eyes.
I regularly asked members of the English department for feedback and assistance. Another teacher was also able to see me teaching and give me feedback based on my lesson.
In the absence of my CT, I took over his lessons while the substitute teacher was in the room.
I attended staff meetings as well as the English department meetings. Here is an excerpt of my notes from one meeting.
I believe I have achieved thorough mastery of this competency.
