This lesson is part of a larger unit on speechwriting and presenting for Secondary 3 students created by myself and a partner. The goal of this lesson is to teach the form and proper pronunciation of contraction. This is so that students can use them and sound more natural in their speeches. By the end of the period, they should know at least five contractions and be able to separate them into their root words. Students will listen to a lecture, then will play contraction bingo.
