I used my reflection journal regularly to review my week and to investigate what parts of my lessons went well and which needed to be changed. Click here to see one of my weekly reflections.
I also asked my CT for regular feedback outside of my formative assessments in order to improve my lessons on a day-to-day basis. I implemented many of the changes that both my CT and supervisor suggested.
Lastly, I attended the SPEAQ conference for my professional development. Here is a summary and reflection about a few of the workshops I attended and what I learned.
I believe I have achieved thorough mastery of this competency.
