This field experience was the first one in which I was able to create a lesson plan for students. I ensured that I took MELS guidelines and learning strategies into account throughout my planning. I took great care to create an effective, successful lesson, as one can see from its evolution— I wrote a rough sketch of the lesson, a draft that I edited after its first run, and finally, a completed plan. I was also able to create an activity on animal characteristics for cycle 2 students that can be found here.
